1. Who we are

Interlist is operated by Interlinked Global ("Interlinked Global", "we", "us"). By accessing or using Interlist (the "Service"), you ("you", "Customer") agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation.

2. Acceptance

Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of these terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service.

3. The Service

Interlist is a SaaS asset tracking and logistics platform that lets organisations capture, label, audit, and move physical assets. Features and limits may change as the Service evolves.

4. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the Service, including:

• Using it for unlawful purposes, fraud, or spam;
• Infringing intellectual property or privacy rights of others;
• Interfering with security (malware, probing, scraping, automated abuse);
• Reverse engineering, reselling, or redistributing the Service;
• Circumventing technical limits, rate limits, or access controls.

5. Accounts

You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

6. Intellectual property

Interlinked Global retains all right, title, and interest in the Service, including its software, documentation, branding, and trademarks. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service in accordance with your plan and these terms. You retain ownership of content you upload; you grant us a limited licence to host and process it solely to provide the Service.

7. Payments, subscriptions, and Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms.

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime via your account or via paddle.net. See our Refund Policy for details.

8. Service availability

We work to keep the Service reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Service is provided "as is" and, to the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated/serious policy violations. On termination, you may export your data for a reasonable period after which it may be deleted.

10. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim is capped at the fees you paid in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, special, or incidental damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where prohibited by law.

11. Indemnity

You will indemnify Interlinked Global against claims arising from your content, your unlawful use of the Service, or your breach of these terms.

12. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the Service or email.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Interlinked Global is established. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its competent courts.
